North Carolina’s alcohol laws are outdated and no longer serve consumers or businesses.

The current ABC system limits choice, raises costs, and creates unnecessary barriers for restaurants and local businesses. Consumers pay more and face inconvenience, while businesses deal with inefficient distribution and inconsistent inventory.

Our system is fragmented, outdated, and difficult to navigate. It’s time to modernize.
